As Vice President of Sales Engineering & Service Delivery, Mike leads the team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support and coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure a seamless, high-touch service delivery experience. With over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mike brings extensive operational leadership expertise, overseeing strategic relationships with data center operators and key partners, playing a leading role in the design of large-scale networks, and driving market expansion initiatives.

Prior to joining SummitIG, Mike held operational and leadership positions at Virginia Tech, KMC Telecom, Kentucky Data Link (KDL), Intellifiber Networks, Windstream, and Sunset Digital. Responsibilities included dark fiber transactions, franchise and ROW acquisition, budget development, cost estimation, route development, OSP construction management and project management.
