As Vice President and General Counsel, Thomas is responsible for managing all the legal operations and regulatory compliance for SummitIG.

Prior to joining SummitIG, Thomas spent a decade at Breezeline (formerly known as Atlantic Broadband), where he served as Deputy General Counsel. His years of experience in the cable and telecommunications industry allowed him to oversee a team of attorneys while leading various complex commercial transactions, litigation management, and compliance implementation. He started his legal career at Lightower Fiber Networks, primarily supporting sales and other revenue generating teams with contract review and legal guidance.

Thomas holds a BA from Colgate University and a JD from Syracuse University College of Law.
