As Vice President of Network Planning & Operations, Dustin supports the design and development of the company’s fiber infrastructure, overseeing network planning, engineering, and implementation.

With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, Dustin is well-versed in fiber network design, OSP engineering, and quality assurance. He plays a key role in developing SummitIG’s best practices for high-capacity fiber deployments. 

Before joining SummitIG, Dustin held engineering and operational roles at KDL (acquired by Windstream), and Clearwave. Additionally, Dustin served as an Inspector with Crystal Management for the Yongsan Relocation Project in South Korea. 

He is a U.S. Army veteran, trained in data center operations and critical communications.
