As Vice President of Construction, Chip Turner leads the company’s network infrastructure buildouts. He is responsible for all aspects of construction, overseeing both outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on-time and with the highest quality.

With over 30 years of Telecommunication experience, Chip excels in full-cycle project management, directional drilling, and large-scale infrastructure deployments. His direction has elevated SummitIG’s construction operations and significantly broadened its network reach.

Prior to joining SummitIG in 2014, Chip held many strategic construction leadership roles at A&L Underground, Team Fishel, and Northern Pipeline, where he focused on complex infrastructure projects across the United States, installing systems for natural gas, petroleum, electric, fiber optics, water, sewer, and telecommunications.
